Droppings
Often found in cabinets, pantries, basements and along walls.
Sounds after dark
Scratching or movement in a wall, ceiling, attic or under a floor.
Gnawing or damaged packages
Food bags, boxes, insulation and stored items may show marks.
Possible entry gaps
Spaces around pipes, doors, vents, foundations and rooflines are worth noting.
Before we arrive
If you can, take a photo before cleaning. Note which rooms are involved and whether the signs are new or recurring. Keep children and pets away from droppings, traps and damaged materials.
Ask what the visit covers
Current activity and entry-point repairs may be separate parts of the job. We’ll explain the inspection, treatment, follow-up and any exclusion work before you approve it.
